Complaints Versus Claims

We've all been there, a company makes errors, misses bookings, messes up a job or just generally messes you about, causes you agro or doesn't take you seriously... All of this just wastes your time which you can't get back, so you're furious and you decide to vent it all by making a complaint, but where does that get you? There's no reassurance that your complaint is even read, maybe it's just tossed aside or into the bin along with all the other complaints and you just get a standard response letter saying "your complaint has been lodged" or any other old rubbish.
If it's a penalty charge notice you're dealing with btw, the type issued by the council for "driving offences", then take a look at the PCN page in the site index (top right hand corner of every page). Or maybe it's a private parking ticket you're dealing with which may or may not have already been passed on to a debt collector and you're finding out that pleading with these people gets you nowhere. Well I'm here to tell you there's a better way. Don't you think your complaint will be taken more seriously if the company you're dealing with will be charged money for their errors or for wasting your time? Do you think a company will care about any wrongdoing on their part more if it doesn't affect them, or more if it costs them money? Well then, if you want a short course which will teach you the tools you need, not only for dealing with outside interloping agencies that try to interfere in your affairs, but also for dealing with companies and corporations, or even with government vodies, that either procide you with a bad service and don't provide the service you paid them for, or in the way you agreed for it to be delivered, or just simply waste your time, you've come to the right place. In this course we'll see how to turn our complaints into claims for money so that we can start actually holding them to account for bad workmanship or customer service, or for any other matter we're not satisfied with, even if you have been given a parking ticket by a private parking company, which by the way, if you just want to get rid of the ticket, rather than to charge them money and get them to pay you, then have a read of my conditional acceptance page. If your complaint is with a government btw, you simply send your notices to the Secretary of state for whatever section of government is responsible for whatever you're not happy with. Because government or not only take notice when it hits them where it hurts... Their pockets!

Why Is Access Restricted? 

The reason that this page is restricted this way, as opposed to the other pages on my site, is that these notices will help you to earn money, in fact you can earn the same amount of money the company is trying to charge you, just from the first of the 3 notices you send, so I think it reasonable to ask and we'll worth donating for. Bear in mind that i have kept the price low for now, because i'd rather people earn money from this and then consider coming back to give donations freely, to show your appreciation for your new acquired skill after learning it.
