Important to understand

Warrants need a supporting affidavit to be lawful. 
It must also have correct information on it and be properly sworn and attested to. 
It is your right to see the supporting affidavit, and of course if there isn't one, then the warrant is not valid, so any process it is used with also becomes invalid and can be used in your defence if need be. Although a good offence (or prosecution) is the best defence, as if you go in as a defendant, well defendants are only brought in to foot the bill, you basically become the trustee and that's a trustee's job description - to pay up!
